I used Rais four times and couldn’t be happier. He designed/developed a custom solution for one of my clients (large city organization in the US). They were very happy also. The solution worked fine and was adjusted a few times to meet some changing client requirements. This was used continually for four years. I will use Rais again as needed. I highly recommend.
